All Eloquence Windows come with a Lifetime Limited Warranty, Double Lifetime Transfer, coverage for Glass Breakage, Vinyl Components, Insulated Glass Unit (IGU), Screens, Exterior Paint/Lamination, Interior Paint Finish, Moving Parts/Hardware, 
and Commercial Applications. 

• Windows are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the home.
• Warranty can be transferred to a second owner if Joyce Mfg. is notified within 60 days of property transfer.
• Replacement glass is covered for the original owner’s lifetime and up to 15 years for the second owner, with exclusions for certain glass types and causes.
• Vinyl is warranted against chipping, cracking, blistering, peeling, or pitting.
• Lifetime warranty against material obstruction of vision due to dust or moisture between panes.Excludes condensation from home humidity and non-Joyce films/coatings.
• Warranty covers significant impairment from rust, rot, or staining, but not screen mesh tears or use as a barrier.
• 30-year exterior paint/lamination warranty against cracking or peeling; no coverage for fading from uneven UV exposure or chemical damage.
• 10-year interior paint warranty against cracking or peeling; excludes fading, wear and tear, and damage from chemicals or animals.
• Moving components and hardware are covered against defects that impair operation.
• Parts are provided free of charge for 10 years for non-residential owners.
